The UW-Madison Extension Community Food Systems Program is providing no-cost virtual workshops for small-scale food and farming business start-ups on Mondays from February 10th to March 17th. These live webinars are held virtually on Zoom from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.
Are you an entrepreneur looking for a shared-use kitchen, or do you run a commercial kitchen?
Join us for the third webinar of the series on Monday, February 24th, 2025 at 2:00 pm. During the webinar titled “Finding a Kitchen and Space for Your Value-Added Food Business.” Join this webinar to hear from Erly Barajas, owner of Colombian Flavors, and Jackson Mankowski, owner of The Porch. They will share insights about their collaboration, with The Porch offering drinks and entertainment and Colombian Flavors providing food in their shared space in De Pere, WI. Hear about their working history and collaboration in this FEED webinar. We’ll also hear about the online directory of shared-use kitchens called The Kitchen Door.
All workshops are free to the public and will be hosted on Zoom. Registration for the event is available online at: https://go.wisc.edu/x42633. Visit the FEED Webinar Series homepage at: https://go.wisc.edu/7228t5
